Hello, Jackie here with East Coast Water Quality. One common question we get from our new customers is when and how you’ll receive your soap pack. Hopefully, this video can answer those questions for you.

As a new customer, your water technician will submit the order form for your first year’s supply of soap. Your order will then be shipped within 30 days of your water filtration equipment installation.

Once your order is received by Pure & Gentle, you’ll receive an email from them when your products are ready to ship. You’ll also receive an email from FedEx with your shipment details and tracking information.

When it’s time to redeem your next shipment of soap, you have a couple of options. You can visit pureandgentles.com and click the “Redeem Voucher” link in the upper-right corner of the website.

You can also complete the paper order form that arrives with your first shipment and mail it back to Pure & Gentle. Here’s a sneak peek of what that form looks like.

You can also access the Pure & Gentle website directly from the East Coast Water Quality website. Select Solutions & Systems, then choose Pure & Gentle. Scroll down until you see the link that takes you directly to pureandgentles.com.

In the upper-right corner of the website, click “Redeem Voucher,” then click the green “Login” button to access the page.

As a new customer, you’ll first need to register. After entering the required information, click “Register.” That’s all you need to do. You’ll then be able to log in and redeem your next year’s supply.
