Reverse osmosis systems must have received annual filter change, sanitization, and service within the same timeframe. Systems must be in serviceable condition at enrollment. East Coast Water Quality reserves the right to approve or deny enrollment and require service or repairs prior to plan activation. Pre-existing issues are not covered.
